Maria Duperval, LCSW
Welcome! I’ve been a psychotherapist for many years and over time expanded my work to include self-development coaching, allowing me to support people in more diverse ways. My passion is helping people develop the self, heal emotionally, and transform their lives. I believe this path leads us to mental and emotional freedom. To achieve this, I use strategies that increase self-awareness and promote shifts in our psyche, all while striving to bring together the mind and soul. I believe that any sense of separation within us creates a feeling of fragmentation, which then shows up in our outer world. My mission is to bridge those gaps and reconnect the parts of ourselves that are blocking our emotional freedom and inner peace.
